Do Time to Pay Fine?

I have a big fine left over on an old drunk driving charge. At this point in time it would be easier for me to do the time instead of paying the fine because i have no job or money. would the court let me do this?

Probably, but you'd better get counsel before just walking into court and saying 'do as you please with me'. You might not like the outcome. I suggest you contact the public defender's office.
