Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
am i going to do time?
i recentley had court for an arrainment on a felony charge but the day of court i was arrested on my way to court. i was bailed out the same day but of cource didnt make it to court. do i now have a warrent? and am i going to get arrested when i try to go to court?

Of course you have a warrant, you 'failed to appear', and will be arrested any time you come in contact with police or go to court. You need an attorney to appear for you to recall the warrant and get the case back on track. Feel free to contact me if serious and the case is in SoCal.
