Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Does time served carry over between CA county lines? I was held for 12 months & found NOT GUILTY of charges but was on HOLD for another county and was offered 30days but missed my court because I was incarcerated :(

No. It can be offered as an excuse for the failure to appear, and the judge may take it into consideration when sentencing you on the new charges, but he doesn't have to.
