What Now?

I was told to get counsel. We are broke we cannot afford counsel. How do I find a federal public defender for my husband who is still in county jail for a case that was dismissed 08/06. Still on a Fed Hold with no future court dates

To find the federal public defender, go to your local federal courthouse (or its website) and find out the name of the individual who holds the office of Federal Public Defender for that court. Then, -write a letter- to that individual providing as much detail as you can regarding your situation.
