Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was told there has been a new law past that if a child was charged as adult in the past the the new law states it was un humane and that the cases are getting dismissed or sentence lowered. Is this true

Wild rumors frequent circulate.
Such a 'law' would result in tens of thousands of people's cases being altered, after the fact.
Even if your rumor was true, a case would not be 'dismissed' without the filing of an expensive appeal and petition based upon the law.
