Transfer time servef or ran concurrent
If a person goes to trial on a charge in one county (Riverside, Ca) and is found not guilty can they then in turn use that time spent in jail for time they have to do in another county (Orange, Ca) on something else?

NO! You've got to be kidding. Wouldn't that be wonderful for criminals - commit a series of crimes and only have to serve one sentence for all of them, or get credit for holding time against all of them?!
