transferring a case from one county to another

is it possible to transfer a misdemeanor case from l.a. county to san bernardino county? there is currently a warrent out for my arrest for not completing community service

Actually no, you may not transfer the probation case to another county.

No. Cases are only transferred to other counties if the defendant cannot get a fair trial in the original forum. This can happen where a case is so notorious that it's impossible to find a fair jury (the Scott Petersen case is a good example of this) or where the crime was serious and the victim was a judge, prosecutor or someone else in a position within the justice system that the fairness of the courts would be compromised. Such circumstances are extremely rare, and it's hard to imagine a misdemeanor case fitting these criteria.
