Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a trial date coming up and i have requested the audio and video feed thru my public defender. It has been a year now and still havent recieved it. Can the case be dismissed due to not providing said request?

The discovery rules call for first an informal request, then a formal. It may take a hearing and court order and a judge getting involved. This sounds absurd, but I can't guess what the delay is. If your attorney has it but hasn't shared with you - different story.
