I have a trial date coming up and i have requested the audio and video feed thru my public defender. It has been a year now and still havent recieved it. Can the case be dismissed due to not providing said request?

Not provided to you? No. Not provided to the defense? Maybe.

The discovery rules call for first an informal request, then a formal. It may take a hearing and court order and a judge getting involved. This sounds absurd, but I can't guess what the delay is. If your attorney has it but hasn't shared with you - different story.

Talk to your lawyer.

You need to ask your attorney who actually knows the case and facts.
