Once again I discover I'm in the wrong business. Instead of hustling law cases I could be out there stomping folks and getting paid for it. And goodness knows there are certainly people out there who could use a good stomping upside the face. To answer your question, there are limits to what the law will allow people to consent to have done to them. Stomping someone's face, causing damage, would almost certainly qualify as a serious crime even if the stompee signed a notarized consent form. If I were you I would tweak my business model so that any sadistic services you might offer don't involve actual injury to the client. Let's face it, clients walking around with damaged faces are not good advertising for you.
