Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
in tuolomne county,the drug court program has you sign a waive of some kind waiving all rights to appeals,etcbefore they allow you to participate in the program. is this legal?

Do you really think the Superior Court is going to do anything 'illegal'? Waiver of rights is a standard condition of drug court deals. If you aren't willing to do so, then reject the deal and go to trial on the charges.
