Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I just typed out my question and they blipped me here. Why do I have to retype it? I have received two tickets for sleeping at churches. A friendly security guard at another place I was sleeping explained to me that I should stay at churches not only for safety but also because if bothered I could probably win in court because there is a law written in a law book that a person can legally use churches if they need to. I am a religious and spiritual person and attend churches and meditate at nite befor sleep and during the nite. I am in need of a safe spiritual place to stay. I need the law in writeing to use in court to get these tickets dropped. Would you email it to me?Thank you

There is no such law. Churches can kick people out just like any other property owner. A law that denied churches this right while giving it to other property owners would violate the First Amendment.
