Anything from full sentence of prison time to a negotiated deal with probation only. That's the point of plea bargaining, and it depends on the factors you list, and the wishes of the victim, the attitude of the prosecutor and judge, etc. You've already done probably everything you can to help your attorney get a better deal when you go to court. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting legal help.

It depends on the county that you are in. Generally, you could get anywhere from 0 to 12 months in county jail or 16 months, 2 or 3 years in State Prison. This is called a wobbler meaning that it could be charged as a felony or a misdemeanor. A good attorney may be able to negotiate a misdemeanor disposition. Just because you are charged with a felony does not mean that you must plead to a felony. Since you have made restitution and you have no prior criminal record you have a good chance at achieving a favorable outcome. I would suggest you hire an attorney to go to work for you so that you are able to get the best result available under your situation. If you are looking for an attorney please feel free to contact my office. We represent clients all over California and have an excellent reputation throughout the state. Good luck.

It seems like you would have a good shot at a no jail time sentence and reduction to misdemeanor after a year or so. Big factor is whether a large sum of money was involved.

If charged, get a lawyer.
