Re: don't understand my husbands charges
The most serious charge your husband is facing is the Health & Safety Code Section 11379(a) which is sale or transportation of a controlled substance. This charge carries a maximum penalty of four years in state prison. The other charges are less serious. They are felony possession of drugs for personal use which can be resolved through a drug treatment or misdemeanors which are not punishable by state prison.
There are a lot of factors which can affect your husband's sentence, including whether he has prior criminal record and in which county/courthouse the case is being prosecuted. Also, whether your husband is a US citizen is very important. I advise you to contact a lawyer for a more detailed consultation regarding your husband's situation.

Re: don't understand my husbands charges
What's not to understand? Multiple charges of drug possession and sales, trespass with damage/residential, no license. He faces potentially multiple years of prison/jail time. Talk to his attorney about the charges and evidence against him and how much time is expected. If he has priors and strikes, penalties will be enhanced. Feel free to contact me if serious about hiring counsel, if the case is in SoCAL. If he can't afford private counsel, get the Public Defender.
