Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

unethical DA?

Wouldn't it be considered unethical for a D.A. attorney to be present at the scene of a task force search? And, an unfair advantage should a case result from the search?

Dream on. He's there as an integral part of the investigation, to ensure compliance with the rules so he can use the evidence obtained.
