Is this a misdeameanor or felony & what is the sentencing? Is it State Prision or County Sheriffs'Detention?

The maximum sentence is 3 years in state prison. Depending upon the circumstances of the evading and the chase the sentence could be anything from a fine and/or county jail upto the state prison sentence. You should retain an attorney to represent you in this matter.

The sentence ranges from a fine and or county jail to the maximum of 3 years in state prison. The sentence would depend upon the circumstances of the offense and any record you have, that is traffic, misdemeanor and felony convictions.
