Verbal Threat?
Yesterday my husband went to work and was yelled at by his employer and fired when he asked what was going on she yelled at him and within minutes the police were there saying that someone called saying he was making threats...he surrendered they threw him down anyway broke his glasses & cut his head then arrested him...now he is in jail till monday and then goes to court i have no idea what to do i can't post bail i am just scarred that they will keep him in jail or something please help any advice is appreciated.

The only advice that's going to do him any good is: tell him to exercise his 5th Amendment right to SHUT UP and say nothing; then hire an experienced criminal defense attorney; don't waste your money bailing him out if it is a high bail - you'll need it for attorney fees. The attorney can probably get him released OR or reduce the bail substantially.

I have to agree with Terry on this one. If he says ANYTHING it can be used against him in court. Tell him to not talk to anyone about the incident including cell mates, if you are able to go see him today.
Then hire an attorney willing to fight for him. He has a chance to walk away from this without a criminal record, but that is very unlikely to happen if you do not hire an attorney.
