i violated probation and will i get time
im on formal probation. i violated when i was pulled over and the officer found a broken drug peraffinila pipe. he wrote me a ticket for it. i have to go to court on the violation and the ticket. im eligable for prop 36. do u think that the judge will give me jail time for my probation violation, or give me prop 36?
