Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i violated a restraing by calling her on the phone, but i have not been charged with anything yet, but i reason to believe she has went to the police. what should i do?

Um, try obeying the order from now on? The only reason people apply for restraining orders is to have the other person thrown in jail.
