Thank you for your inquiry, and the opportunity to serve you by answering your question.

The Riverside Court typically sets two hearings in probation violation cases - one for the "felony settlement conference", which is an opportunity for your attorney to speak to the DA, and negotiate a potential sentence to present to the judge, and a probation violation hearing, at which the charges can be proven against you if a settlement can't be reached.

I hope this helps you, but if you have other questions, or want legal advice or representation, feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. It's my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can, and thanks again.

You face a preliminary hearing, pre-trial hearing, and trial on a felony. If you don't know what the dates are, and likely don't know what to do on them, you should hire counsel to help keep you out of jail. DA's are there to win cases and jail people; are you going to try 'defending' yourself? Felonies are punishable by no less than a year in prison. Feel free to contact me if interested in doing this right.
