Violation of Restricted License

Can you tell me what the penalty for driving out of restriction on a resticted license?

Driving out of restriction is the same as driving on a suspended or revoked license - the penalty is up to a fine of $1,000, and up to 180 days in jail, or both, and in most cases, that conviction might also trigger a probation violation on a DUI or other charge, which can have separate consequences, including jail time. This sentencing range is for first violators - for those with multiple offenses, as you might expect, the potential sentence can me much higher.

It depends on why your license was suspended. There are several statutes that cover this situation. Some require mandatory jail time. Others, only a fine. Your best bet is to hire a lawyer and talk to him/her about your issue.
