voting or carying a firearm after expunged felony conviction

can a person vote or cary a fire arm after a felony conviction? the conviction was apealed and later expunged.

Unfortunately, expungement does not restore gun rights. There needs to be a special motion/petition filed with the court. Feel free to contact me if interested.

Restoration of firearm rights is not automatic upon expungement. A properly based motion would have to be filed and heard, and the judge convinced to restore. Feel free to contact me if serious about pursuing this.
