If you gave security for the bail bond, and the bondsman complied with the notice requirements, the the bondsman can foreclose on the security. Otherwise he can sue you for breach of contract, get a judgment, and then garnish your wages, or levy on property you own.

If he sues and gets a judgment, he then has a lien on all your assets that he can enforce by garnishment on wages or levy on property. If you gave him a security interest in real or personal property, he has a right to enforce the lien interest and take the property to sell, as long as he follows the rules.
