waiting for the test result from a police ordered drug test i took it turned out that i had drugs in my test and i dont do drugs so the police mustof switched it so i ordered dna when it comes back that it is not my test can i sue the police dept

No. At least not unless you have 'proof' of them switching it, which you will never obtain.
