Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I wanted to get my record expudged but i still have
fines with payment arrangements I am homeless
and it's hard tofindemployment if iattaced a letter
to the judge stating why it would be in the best instrest
of justice to expudged my case so that I can gain
employment and would then be financially stable
to pay off my fines h

Expungement can not be done unless and until you have completed all terms of probation such as fines.
