warrant for my arrest

i have a warrant for my arrest, for a crime that i was not present for. is this possible? and the charges are felonies and i am on probation. is this possible also?

Of course. Charges are sometimes improperly brought, and are dealt with by appropriate motions to strike, or raising whatever defenses you may have. Hire an attorney. If this is in SoCal, feel free to contact me.

Of course it is possible. People -- including those who are on probation -- are sometimes falsely accused, and false accusations sometimes lead to the issuance of warrants.

Additionally, it is possible to be guilty of criminal conduct even without being present when the principal crime is carried out. Conspirators and accomplices are often not present when their plot is carried out but are still criminally liable for their part in it.

You should get a lawyer ASAP to help you understand what is going on and to defend your interests.
