Re: warrant

Deal with charges like any other defendant: hire an attorney and go to court. If the case is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and options available to you. Ignore the warrant and you'll likely end up in handcuffs and transported to the court involuntarily the next time you come in contact with any law enforcement.

Re: warrant

If you in fact have a warrant you will need to get this resolved with the court ASAP. If you are out of state you should contact a California criminal defense attorney to assist you on this matter. Feel free to contact my office.

Re: warrant

You must deal with the warrant as soon as possible. Otherwise, this problem will backfire on you for sure. An arrest warrant cannot be ignored.

Your best bet is to hire a lawyer. Chances are an attorney could deal with the warrant and the entire case without a single court appearance by you.

Feel free to contact me if you have further questions.

Re: warrant

Also..if it is only a misdemeanor case...you can hire counsel and they can do all the appearances for you.
