Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Old Warrant
1990 warrant for parole violation. Minor drug offense. I thought it was long expired. What now? I live in a different county 200 miles away.

Re: Old Warrant
Warrants never expire. Need to take care of, best through a lawyer, voluntarily rather than wait to be caught and dragged in front of the court or your parole agent. The warrant will inevitably catch up with you.

Re: Old Warrant
Warrants never expire. You should get a lawyer in the area where the warrant issued. If you don't take care of this, one day it will catch up with you.
Re: Old Warrant
Warrants, like records and rap sheets, are forever. Go to court, take an attorney, and deal with the problem, before you get arrested and transported to court involuntarily. If this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
