i got a friend is going thru court and he was charge of burglay bail on $20.000 is nest court may/29

is as grandfather past awy ans he need to fly for a feuneral in canda

for one week

you think he have warrent or he cant not live the country until he court situation finish or as long he is coming back before court date

how can i found if he have warrens the show he can not or live out side

Look over the bond documents. If there is nothing there regarding his ability to leave, your friend can go to funeral. He needs to make sure he is back for the court date, otherwise he will be in trouble.

Your friend should ask his lawyer. Trying to figure it out for yourselves as Mr. Lentz suggests might not be a good idea, since legal documents can be hard for laypeople to interpret.

I mean no disrespect, but the way your question is written suggests that you may not be proficient in written English. Interpeting the bond documents would likely be difficult even for people with stronger skills, so I urge you not to try this yourself.
