Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
welfare fraud
if someone was accused of welfare fraud in the mentioned state, and the amount is 800.00 and the case is 10 yrs. old and the person is innocent so they will not turn themselves in ,how long before the warrant for thier arrest will run out or be dismissed?

Never; until it is 'handled' by responding to the charges and clearing the case. Contact a local attorney to do so, or you could be arrested at any time on the warrant.
