Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
How can welfare make a mistake and no one thinks about it i make one mistake and they accuse me of fraud. Also I belive there might be some errors on this whole case i really need to talk with some one. please help me

If you're charged with a crime, hire an attorney and discuss the facts with him. If you can't afford privatea counsel, apply for the Public Defender. Do not speak to anyone but your attorney about the case.
