Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My wife cheated on me with a cop friend of mine, who flys the city helicopter. I went crazy when i found out. Yes i did threaten him and constantly say stuff about him to my soon to be ex, so now he is harassing me in and out of his helicopter on duty. I've reported it to the Dept., with pictures and video from me and my family, but they said they couldn't prove anything. Having spoken to friends and family that know people on the dept. they all said this city protects their own and nothing will ever happen. I moved out of the city because of it but my family is stuck and feels harassed. he flies over relly low all the time at their house and my kids school when my perents pick them up for me. How do i go about undeniable proof and doing something about this outside of the Dept.?

Whatever "undeniable proof" you have, and only you would know what that is, should be submitted with your complaint. Otherwise they will take you as a crackpot and ignore you. You could hire an attorney to assist you in this, but only if you actually have 'proof' for him to submit. He can't make it up, you have to provide it.
