Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my wife was picked up on a bench warrent fpr probation violation she is being held with no bail and charged with count 3 of 10 of probatrion terms her orignal case was hs14111 drug charge she was arrested in 97 thenten year later got another case in a different co drug realated was given prop 36 while on prop failed u/a put in jail and was re instated to prop before released to start prop they transfered her to san bernadino on old case said she never completed old case because did not register a drug off. sentenced to 6 mo.after serving sentence was release on probation so transfered probation to co we lived in though she was done with both cases except probation they told her she had to start prop 36 that time did not count towards newer case ended up quiting prop 36 so now shes facing two co probation violations i guess because held on old case in jail also has hold for newer case in other county is thre away to make them concurrent or what can she do dont want 2 x sentences please advise husband trying to raise children need wife at home a.s.a.p.sorry not able to pay for answer no longer working due to this issue please help thank you
