Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
What will happen if I get arrested for shoplifting (worth around $100) and I'm still on court probation (I've finished my jail sentence of 60 days thru Electronic monitoring program). Is that a violation of my probation?

Are you expecting to be arrested for shoplifting? Don't shoplift, because it would be a violation of your probation. The outcome would not be house arrest or electronic monitoring. If you were previously convicted of shoplifting, it'll be a felony this time, possibly including a state prison sentence.

Of course. Probation violation = return to jail on the original charge's sentencing. That is in addition to the new charges.
