You have a case against you and you will get a date to appear in court for what is called an arraignment where you are expected to enter a plea of either guilty, not guilty or no contest. The plea should be not guilty. Get a lawyer.

Potentially jail time if convicted. Get an attorney if you can afford one, a PD if you can't.
