Withdraw plea/expunge misd. record
Falsely charged with annoying harassing phone calls by ex-b/f in 2006, ex b/f is a drug dealer, wife beater, has 4 ROs against him, is bookie in illegal gambling and committing Tax Fraud. . DV Detective committed perjery to get Search Warrant. knew his ''victim'' was a bad guy out for revenge, lied to judge that I put a GPS tracking device on his victims truck, they checkd it & no GPS, Det. told judge on warrant that I ''hacked his company email account'' there was email to ''victim'' from his employer that this never happened, the Det. knew it never happened but put it on the warrant. EX b/f used my credit cards to buy spoof svc. to call his cell dozens of times. Have declarations from friends & family proving I did not do this, on times and dates accusd Prosctr knew this but also told judge that I am guilty and told atty to hold jail timeover her head to force plea to 4 counts. Bad Atty/advise. Cost me 2 arrests, 5 days in jail, 50k, Civil Rights were violated, atty was unethical/lazy/stupid/liar (R. Miller) How can I get this overturned? forced court orderd $125 hr. therapist, ex-b/f is continuing to harass me with texts and calls, chgd cell again. judge refused to listen to the cops lies-on record

Overturned? Only by an appeal, and with a chance to succeed only IF you have valid grounds supported by competent admissible evidence, and are timely in filing. Feel free to contact if serious about doing so, and you think you qualify, and are timely, and are willing and able to spend the considerable fees incurred in an appeal. It's not a process you start on a whim.
