Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction regarding sentencing terms. Specifically, how could I find out how much time someone would general serve if convicted of a specific crime i.e. PC 422 (Criminal threats) and PC 245(A)...both felonies. First time offender. Thank you.

422 = one year
245a = three years, plus or minus one with enhancement
