Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i work for a casino, recently the gaming commission revoked my gaming license until a hearing.because when filled out my application to renew my license i had to tell them that i have been convicted for pc415 3. i know that this is a low level of offense, on my hearing with the commissioner, how should i explain this matter???
