wrongfully excused

my husbands awaiting trail. narcotics were found outside the car under the rear bumper.he had noknowledge of narcotics. i do though they belong to me .i want to tell the truth ,but im scared.but i cant let my husband go to jail for nine years.a balif at a court told my husband i should go to the prosecuter and confess to her.im scared they will lock me up.what do i do.PLEASE HELP ME...ITS BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY, I CANT EAT SLEEP,IM SO STRESSED OUT

One of you is going to jail. You decide which one. I wouldn't suggest you go blindly to the DA and confess, not without first getting counsel and learning the actual consequences. It may be possible to cut a better deal for you than him by your honesty. Feel free to contact me if you want to hire legal counsel in this.
