My x-boyfriend emailed my brother naked pictures of me what can I do to put a stop to it.

You can ask a court for a restraining order. You can also sue your ex for invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, etc. Note that a lawsuit won't make much sense unless your ex can afford to pay damages.

Not much. Once they hit the internet and spread, they can't be retrieved. If he has already done that, it's a done deal. You could sue to try to stop him if he hasn't already broadcast them, and for 'emotional distress', and for invasion of privacy, if it is financially worth investing the money that would take, but nothing is going to keep publicized pictures private.
