Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I got a three year probation after failing to appear in court due to a traffic violation. It's been 22 months of the 36 months probation. Would a judge reverse this (remove probation)? given I've never been in trouble with the law and what would be the next steps to take to request the probation removal? thank you!

The next step is to hire an attorney to write, file and serve a motion to modify probation under Penal Code section 1203.3 and People v. Allen.
I think there is much more to the facts than you share. Why did you get 36 months of summary probation for a failure to appear? That seems crazy.
