Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Two years ago I was accused of a criminal threat. I had a financial argument with someone and on the phone said I would kick his As*. He filed a threat against him, his family and coworker.

Thus the DA filed 8 felony counts of criminal threats. These charges, that were grossly overstated, were quickly dropped and reduced to a misdemeanor annoying phone call- 653m. Well, I thought that was it but now two years later an employer is questioning the felony counts.

HOW DO I REMOVE THE FELONY ( false ) COUNTS AGAINST ME. and even the misdemeanor. Thanks, Eric

If you are claiming the court records are incorrect, and you have documents proving that, then a motion to the court to correct the records is the remedy.

If you are saying you want the accurate court records changed to show felony counts were never filed, you can't there from here, it is not possible to do so.

If this is in SoCal courts, and you are serious about getting legal help in this, feel free to contact me,
