Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
about two years ago I was tased by officers, even though I complied with them and when I was sent to jail, I cried and took a deal out of derest, just so I could be released, although I know I didn't do anything. I never pursued a case on the officers because I have no evidence, but this is causing me to become angry and I still cry today.
The incident took place in a city that has a bad history of racism on African Americans. Is their anything that I can do?
