Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

He didn't mean to!

Young man over 21 is first time offender. Acted out based on panic, paranoia and fear. He is on meds now and addressing his panic attacks and anxiety with Pychiatric teatment. He is accused of the following: pc422, pc417(a) (i), pc148 (a) ( i ) .

Victim willing to drop pressed charges. Hearing second wk of April.

Need defense attorney willing to negotiate cost for representation.

Help.

"Negotiate cost"?

If you can't afford private counsel, then apply to the public defender, that's what they are for, and they do a good job -- they just don't 'hold your hand' through the process like you pay private counsel to do.
