Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost two years and have a four month old daughter together. He will be 18 this month and I will be 17 this year. We are 16 months apart and I would like to know, is there any legal way we can stay together?

There is nothing stopping you. Get married if you intend to take parenting seriously.
