How can a woman paralegal indict an attorney or manager for unfairness in employment practices,like employment benefits or promotions?

Your word should not be "indict" since that is a grand jury saying that a crime has likely been committed by a defendant.
I would need more facts about the alleged discrimination and what you have been deprived of. You may have a sexual discrimination, or something similar.

If you are saying you can prove you have been discriminated against on the basis of gender, then you can file a Complaint with the Dept of Fair Employment and Housing, and find an attorney to represent you in your legal action. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
