is it not legal and unjustice for a homedepot employee to state that two men walking through homedepot are homosexuals and confront both individuals before arriving at the check out counter

The store would be at risk if a homosexual could prove employees harassed them for homosexuality. If that is you, feel free to contact me if you CAN prove it happened, meaning witnesses.
