What can possibly happen to a 21 year old dating a 17 year old? What would he be charged for?

This question was asked about one month ago. Look at the responses. In short, he can spend a couple of years in jail for statutory rape, be sodomized in prison, come out with a felony conviction so he can never get a worthwhile job, and just feel it was a bummer. He might also develop some sense and realize he was taking advantage of a person much less mature than he.
