Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

reverse discrimination

I am a white female and was verbally racialy threatened of my life on 3 different occasions by the same person at my place of employement by an African American.My employer did not take this serious until the 4th incident and threat on managers life. Do I have a case? I have been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and am on Workers Comp.This Began Dec. '05. I went out in February '06 with Panick Attacks.
