service refusal
i was refused service for a haircut because i didnt speak spanish or maybe it was because i wasnt hispanic.do i have a discrimination case?

If you know that discrimination is the reason, you would have a case under Civil Code section 51, the Unruh Civil Rights Act.

While Mr. Cohen's answer is correct, this is not worth suing about. It's one thing to use these laws to protect the rights of disadvantaged minorities. Its another to use them on petty issues like this one. Get a life, and get on with it. You must have better things to do with your time, mind and energy.
