Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California
My son works at a carwash & this is the 2nd time he's been accused of sexual harrassment of female employee's, he swears he never harrassed anyone and he's engaged anyway & loves his finance. I believe my son, why are they taking these women's word for it? What recourse does he have to fight this? My son is very good looking and he wouldn't want to be with these women anyway!

His 'recourse' is to do as you mention - fight it. That means hire a good criminal defense attorney to defend the charges in court.
Alittle free advice: HE needs to tell his story and defenses only to his retained attorney. You telling everyone on the internet that 'my little boy just couldn't do this' is not a defense argument that you or he should make, let alone publicize. Nor should you be doing anything but asking 'how to find an attorney', not telling the story details..
You can help him by looking for names on this panel or others like it that refer attorneys local to your area.
If he can't afford private counsel, he needs to request the Public Defender at his first court appearance.
